FAQ Q372: I need to see the price and amount paid / outstanding for all the reservations listed in Planyo

You can add extra information in all listings in Planyo. This includes the reservation listings from the Reservations menu as well as the results of the searches (Reservation search button on top of every backend page). This extra information can include any custom item you've added to your reservation form as well as other information, including pricing and payment information.

Go to the dashboard and then click on the Customize activity overview dashboard (direct link). Now in the section Additional columns in reservation lists and schedule select the desired fields. As far as pricing and payments are concerned, you can add the following columns:

• price (total price for the reservation)
• payments (the sum of payments made)
• amount outstanding (this is the amount still owed: the difference between the total price and the payments made)
